It should be noted that the types of personal data identified by an asterisk (*), in terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and/or the Convention on the Rights of the Child, are considered as sensitive information.

Therefore, you may oppose to the processing of such personal data by sending an email within five working days following the delivery of the requested information to: avisoprivacidad.datos@asunciondemexico.edu.mx, in the event that you have not had at your disposal the corresponding specific privacy notice; if you do not do so, it will be understood that you consent to such processing. If you are still interested in opposing its treatment, you must meet the requirements set forth in the process of attention to ARCO requests, which is found in the section "How can I control my personal data once I have given it to you" of this Privacy Notice.

How long do we keep your information?

The personal data will be kept in our files for a period of five years, from the date of termination of our relationship, in order to comply with legal and/or tax actions arising from our relationship.

The images captured by the video surveillance system will be kept for thirty days as a general rule, unless they are necessary to comply with administrative or judicial actions.

How can I control my personal data once I have given it to you?

You may exercise at any time, under the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned law, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, as well as oppose the processing of these or revoke the consent that for such purposes you have provided us. To achieve the above, you must:

A. Submit your application physically at the facilities of the Office of the Administrative Directorate of the Institute, located at the address indicated at the beginning of this notice, or by e-mail: datos@asunciondemexico.edu.mx.

B. The request (physical or electronic) for access, rectification, cancellation and opposition must state:

    1. Name of the guardian or legal responsible, or name of the holder of the personal data.
    2. The address or electronic means to communicate the response to your request.
    3. If applicable, the name of the legal representative.
    4. Which right are you exercising? That is, whether it is the right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.
    5. The clear and precise description of the personal data, with respect to which you are seeking to exercise (any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph).
    6. In the case of the right of rectification, you must indicate, at least, the personal data that is incorrect or that you wish to update.
    7. In the case of the right of cancellation or opposition, you must indicate, at least, the personal data on which you are exercising those rights, and any data or information for which you consider those rights should be exercised.
    8. You should also point out any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
    9. The form in which the information is required: simple copy, electronic document or other means.

C. Since this is a very personal right, if your intention is to exercise the ARCO rights on the information of a minor, you must prove your personality (by means of the Voting Credential, issued by the Federal Electoral Institute and/or the National Electoral Institute, or Passport, or valid Visa, or Professional License) and guardianship (by means of birth certificate, court order, Personal Identity Card [Minors Registry]).

D. When exercising one of the ARCO rights, you must prove that you are the owner of the information that you require from us, by means of the Voting Card, issued by the Federal Electoral Institute and/or the National Electoral Institute, or Passport, or Professional License, or Military ID.

E. The accreditation of personality or representation will be made at the time the response to your request is collected.

F. The indication that a response to your request has been issued will be notified in the means indicated for such purpose.

G. The term we have to respond to your request is 20 working days from receipt, and in the event that the response is favorable to your interests, its delivery will be made within 15 days; it is not omitted to note that these deadlines may be extended, under the terms of Article 36 of the LFPDPPP.
