In order to respond to the new and increasingly complex realities that arise in the school community, where the goal is to ensure the respect, safety and well-being of all children and adolescents, we have the Healthy Coexistence and Inclusion Program, which seeks to generate greater sensitivity, attention, participation and professionalization to build a culture of peace in the school.
From the Assumption charism, we understand inclusion not only as a pedagogical response, but also as a deeply human and spiritual option. We believe in the God of differences, who calls us to communion, to opt for life and to allow ourselves to be transformed by the beauty of diversity.
This conviction has been palpable since the origins of the Assumption Education Project in its Christian inspiration, and it is a priority in our Educational Project 2024-2030.
We have a Joint Committee for healthy coexistence and inclusion, a space for active participation formed by parents and school staff from all areas, committed to the subject and whose objective is to help to promote a culture of inclusion, maintain the related institutional policies in force and guide the improvement of inclusive practices and healthy coexistence in the community, stimulating the participation of all stakeholders.
To live inclusion and peaceful coexistence is to live the spirit of Asunción.
